Apple Smoothie with Spice


Yield: 2 servings


1 large Fuji, Gala or another eating apple, peeled and seeded
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup almond milk, vanilla (or sub coconut, soy or dairy milk)
1/2 teaspoon pie spice
4 ice cubes


Put all the ingredients in the blender, in order. Frappe on high to blend. Serve immediately and enjoy!
